Wonton Nachos

Nachos 不似一般粟米片, 係由又薄又脆的雲吞皮製成
配搭上由本地農田種出既新鮮蕃茄、Jalapeno辣椒、牛油果
最特別的係醬汁由酸忌廉加上Wasabi而製成
唔會太辣但感覺好新鮮亦都減少油膩既感覺

Tuna Tartare

呢道菜色以咖哩及芝麻調味 帶有微辣但有芝麻香味
吞拿魚上面舖上芒果、橙肉，令到整味菜色除左辣，仲有酸酸甜甜的味道

Mavericks 店內以落地玻璃為主

K's 係由一家英國來港生活的家庭開立的英式傳統餐廳, 

所以未入門口就會睇到充滿英國味道既擺設、設計!

K's Home-made Mince Beef and Onion Pie with a Medium portion of chips, Mushy Peas and Tartare

英式傳統既食物, 相信唔係邊度都食到

牛肉洋蔥批充滿肉汁既鮮味, 加上洋蔥令到整體更加香,

不過Mushy Peas 未必個個都鍾意食, 似一碗糊狀既豆,

口感比較特別

K's Pollock 'n' Chips with a portion of baked beans

講到傳統既英式小食又點少得Fish n Chips!

絕對唔係一般於快餐店、茶餐廳食到既炸魚薯條

K's 用左Pollock 做既炸魚比一般炸魚肉質更軟

薯條唔係出面食既炸薯條~ 

係比較大條扁身, 所以英國人會叫做"Chips"

食落去好軟, 充滿薯仔既味道, 唔會好厚炸粉!

其實而家入梅窩好方便~~

But I need to tell everyone::: You can also have Korean food or snacks in Island District!!!! This shop is located outside the Tung Chung market, it has so many choices of food and the price is reasonable as well!!! You can dine in or take away, it just up to you, will you go and try??? :D

今日黎到大嶼山梅窩～梅窩係一處好多外國人生活的一個小離島，所以都有好多唔同國家既餐廳選擇建立於梅窩。



Mui Wo, one of the island in Hong Kong, there are many foreigners living in. Therefore, there are many different restaurant from different countries! 







今次介紹的The Kitchen 係一間意大利餐廳。一間可以讓客人好好享受食物與環境既餐廳 !


We are going to introduce a Italian Restaurant, The Kitchen, which is a restaurant can let you enjoy the tasty dishes with the wonderful view.

***Parma Ham Pizza***

*Highly Recommended*

The Kitchen 選擇用薄批餅以作賣點，食落下好香好脆～

加上Parma Ham、芝士等材料，絕配的組合，係一個好選擇！

The Kitchen uses thin-crusted as a selling point of its pizzas.

And it is a perfect match with Parma Ham and cheese, since it is really fresh and crispy!

Salmon and Cream Sauce Pasta

三文魚白汁意粉

可能你會覺得只係好普通，好多地方都食到

不過The Kitchen 既意粉都綵用闊條麵，而且白汁亦唔會好"溜"，

絕對係輕食之選！

It is not as usual as the Salmon and Cream Sauce Pasta, the saucing of this is not too creamy, therefore it will not make you think it is too heavy for a meal. 

And also that it is used to use Fettuccine as a normal spaghetti, it may be the preference of real Italian! :D

肉醬意粉 Pasta Bolognese

與一般既肉醬意粉唔同，肉醬淋上意粉上，

呢個肉醬意粉比較乾身，唔同一般好多汁，唔會有太膩的感覺。

Unlike the spaghetti bolognese in restaurant tasted in Hong Kong,

it is not a sauce with meat topped on the pasta. 

There is not too much saucing in this pasta, but cheese and fried meat,

that is a big difference with the normal one and much more tasty with the real taste of pasta and bolognese.

除左上面介紹過既主食外，The Kitchen 另一賣點係佢既 Homemade 麵包，每日新鮮出爐。價錢可能對比普通麵包貴，但食完就會知道係物有所值！值得嘗試一下真正意大利麵包既味道！

Apart from the main dishes that introduced, there is one more significant food in The Kitchen, the Homemade Bread. The cook, an Italian, makes the Italian bread, FOCACCIA, POTATO BREAD, etc., every morning. Those are the fresh and authentic Italian bread and really valuable to taste!

允升甜品是長洲很有名的一家甜品店

相信去過的人都知道每一次都要等很久，

但也不一定能買得到想要吃的東西！

Wan Sing Dessert, a well-known restaurant located in Cheung Chau.

There is crowded anytime and it is hard to buy everything you want if you arrived too late.

花生糯米滋 Peanut Mochi

滿滿的小花生，雖然外皮與芒果糯米滋是一樣的，

但入口時整個感覺很不同，而且味道跟普通的花生糯米滋也不一樣！

在外面也不一定吃得到那麼大顆的花生糯米滋!

There are full of chopped peanuts inside the mochi. 

The surface is not too tick. The taste of peanuts is not usual and it's tasty!

芒果/芝麻/綠茶腸粉 Mango/ sesame/ green tea rice roll

三種不同的腸粉也是店內的熱賣推介! 

淋上新鮮的芒果汁再加上不同味道的外皮內的芒果餡!

熱愛芒果的你真的不可以錯過!

These three flavors of the rice rolls are the most popular in this shop. The rice rolls are seasoned by the mango juice. There are fresh mangoes inside the rice roll.

芒果糯米滋 Mango Mochi $8 

芒果糯米滋是允升甜品的必食推介! 只有當地才獨有的巨型芒果糯米滋! 

糯米滋軟軟的，外面用上的不是椰子茸，

而是傳統的糯米粉! 內層的芒果是原片的，很多汁，絕不是外面用的切細芒果粒

Mango Mochi is must-eat item in Wan Sing Dessert, since its unique and large size of Mango!

And the mochi is very glutinous with juicy mango!
