SPD4459 Saturday Tai O Lookout@ Tai O

The restaurant is located at the hotel in Tai O. It is very rare that the restaurant was using french windows around the whole place. It is very beautiful and have a nice view during the time of dining. 

一間位於大澳酒店內的餐廳，十分之罕有地全間餐廳用了落地玻璃窗。

景觀開揚，一邊進餐，可以一邊欣賞大澳的景色。

大部分食物都用上了大澳的特色食材，如蝦醬、紫貝天葵等。

蝦醬雞翼和蝦醬豬排包

用了大澳出名的蝦醬，與雞翼和豬排配合製造出特別菜式。

紫貝天葵芝士餅

味道酸酸甜甜，十分之有特別。

紅樹林特飲

這個飲品是用了兩個部份而做成，上半部是紫貝天葵汁，下半部是用蘋果汁和檸檬汁。

相信去過長洲既你都一定唔會無聽過我即將為大家介紹既 ''故鄉茶寮 ", 聽到個名可能都仲有好多問號, 但當你聽到佢地既招牌菜色--手卷及紅豆餅-- 我諗大家都已經解答左大家既問號！！呢間店舖係由一個日本人開的,所以都充滿日本風格~

推介美食第一激: 腸仔蟹柳手卷

咪睇佢好似無咩特別, 吃上口絕不比用魚生做的手卷遜色,

價錢可能比較貴相對一般手卷, $17元一個,

但未食過既你不妨一試, 因為加左特別既醬汁,

唔係到到可以食到

推介美食第二激: 紅豆餅

紅豆香味好吸引，餅肉很鬆軟，

新鮮出爐時係最好吃的,

每個都係只售$6

If you even come to Cheung Chau, you must hear this shop-- Hometown TeaHouse --, the famous food in this shop is read bean cakes and hand rolled. Lets come here and try it as soon as possible if you come to Cheung Chau!!

This will be highly recommend to those cheese loversss because the shop sell baked cheese seafood (oyster, scallop and lobster). I have bought baked oyster since the smell was so attractive and the size even bigger than my hand. I think it tasted quite good, and you will be so full after you finished whole oyster as there were so many cheese and salad dressing on it. 

 (Around $35)

 They also sell bovine offal ($30) which is the local snack in Hong Kong.

Last but not least, they have crushed ice dessert ($12-15) that have so many flavors, it will be very cool if you try this in Summer or anytime!!!!

今日會帶大家去長洲食好野, 要介紹幾樣小食比大家,特別推介比鍾情芝士既朋友,個度有焗蠔,帶子同龍蝦.D香味會衝住你同埋佢真係大過你隻手,所以我就走去試左個蠔, 我覺得味道都Okay啦,但係你食完會超級飽因為有好多好多既芝士同沙律醬係面頭...除此之外,其實間舖都有賣埋牛雜架,香港地道小食喎!!!!最後最後就係刨冰喇 睇下張相你就知有幾多隻味啦,夏天食佢真係一流呀!!!! 如果你有興趣,不妨去試下!!!最緊要記住跟實我地個Blog呀;D

Kin Hing Tofu Dessert 建興亞婆豆腐花

Kin Hing Tofu Dessert is very well-know in Lamma Island, their tofu-fa is highly recommended. 

The cold tofu-fa is delicious. It is very refreshing in a sweaty hot day. The texture of the tofu-fa is silky smooth. It is not too sweet and full of soya flavor. Moreover, the tofu-fa will serve with honey, it is different with other tofu dessert shop. But $10 for each bowl is quite expensive!! ><

建興亞婆豆腐花在南丫島是非常有名氣的! 它的冰豆花很好吃的，口感非常的滑，而且不會太甜，還充滿了豆香。還有，它的豆花是配蜜糖來吃的，跟其他的豆花店不同，當然你也可以配黄糖來吃! 不過，$10一碗的豆花有一點昂貴 ><

SPD4459 Friday - T.G.I.F. --- Bahce Turkish Restaurant @ Mui Wo

Bahce Turkish Restaurant 花園土耳其餐廳

Mui Wo is on the eastern coast of Lantau Island in Hong Kong. There is a beautiful beach for swimming, hills for walk and cycling, and some good restaurants and bars for dine. 

Bahce is a Turkish restaurant. The authentic decorations make the place so comfy to dine by night. It is offering delicious dishes including kebahs and mezes as well as fresh yoghurt used to accompany many Turkish main dishes. 

On Friday's night, the restaurant becomes a stage for live bands to perform some classical and ethnic music. It is great place for music lovers to have dinner there!

梅窩位於香港南丫島東岸。那裹有美麗的海灘、行山徑，還有特式的餐廳和酒吧。Bahce是一間位於南丫島的土耳其餐廳。餐廳內充滿著異國風情，適合晚上相約朋友一起把酒談天。Bache主要提供kebahs和 mezes等的地道土耳其菜式。每個星期五晚上，店內會有現場樂隊表現。喜歡音樂的你不妨去試一下!

允升甜品是長洲很有名的一家甜品店

相信去過的人都知道每一次都要等很久，

但也不一定能買得到想要吃的東西！

Wan Sing Dessert, a well-known restaurant located in Cheung Chau.

There is crowded anytime and it is hard to buy everything you want if you arrived too late.

花生糯米滋 Peanut Mochi

滿滿的小花生，雖然外皮與芒果糯米滋是一樣的，

但入口時整個感覺很不同，而且味道跟普通的花生糯米滋也不一樣！

在外面也不一定吃得到那麼大顆的花生糯米滋!

There are full of chopped peanuts inside the mochi. 

The surface is not too tick. The taste of peanuts is not usual and it's tasty!

芒果/芝麻/綠茶腸粉 Mango/ sesame/ green tea rice roll

三種不同的腸粉也是店內的熱賣推介! 

淋上新鮮的芒果汁再加上不同味道的外皮內的芒果餡!

熱愛芒果的你真的不可以錯過!

These three flavors of the rice rolls are the most popular in this shop. The rice rolls are seasoned by the mango juice. There are fresh mangoes inside the rice roll.

芒果糯米滋是允升甜品的必食推介! 只有當地才獨有的巨型芒果糯米滋! 

糯米滋軟軟的，外面用上的不是椰子茸，

而是傳統的糯米粉! 內層的芒果是原片的，很多汁，絕不是外面用的切細芒果粒

Mango Mochi is must-eat item in Wan Sing Dessert, since its unique and large size of Mango!

And the mochi is very glutinous with juicy mango!
