Nachos 不似一般粟米片, 係由又薄又脆的雲吞皮製成
配搭上由本地農田種出既新鮮蕃茄、Jalapeno辣椒、牛油果
最特別的係醬汁由酸忌廉加上Wasabi而製成
唔會太辣但感覺好新鮮亦都減少油膩既感覺

Tuna Tartare

呢道菜色以咖哩及芝麻調味 帶有微辣但有芝麻香味
吞拿魚上面舖上芒果、橙肉，令到整味菜色除左辣，仲有酸酸甜甜的味道

We have chosen the Fa Fa House as the BEST of the week! Fa fa House is a dessert and coffee house. The desserts are highly recommended, since some of the ingredients of the dessert are planted by themselves. Besides, all of their products are handmade, natural and with low sugar, very healthy!! The traditional Hungarian chimney cake is also a must-try item!!

K's 係由一家英國來港生活的家庭開立的英式傳統餐廳, 

所以未入門口就會睇到充滿英國味道既擺設、設計!

K's Home-made Mince Beef and Onion Pie with a Medium portion of chips, Mushy Peas and Tartare

英式傳統既食物, 相信唔係邊度都食到

牛肉洋蔥批充滿肉汁既鮮味, 加上洋蔥令到整體更加香,

不過Mushy Peas 未必個個都鍾意食, 似一碗糊狀既豆,

口感比較特別

K's Pollock 'n' Chips with a portion of baked beans

講到傳統既英式小食又點少得Fish n Chips!

絕對唔係一般於快餐店、茶餐廳食到既炸魚薯條

K's 用左Pollock 做既炸魚比一般炸魚肉質更軟

薯條唔係出面食既炸薯條~ 

係比較大條扁身, 所以英國人會叫做"Chips"

食落去好軟, 充滿薯仔既味道, 唔會好厚炸粉!

其實而家入梅窩好方便~~

SPD4459 Tuesday - Fa Fa House @ Lamma Island

Fa Fa House 蘭得自在

Fa Fa House is a dessert and coffee house in Lamma Island Yung Shue Wan. They advocate healthy and natural living.  All of their products are handmade and with low sugar. Moreover, some ingredients of their dessert are planted by themselves. 

Here are the dessert that we ordered! Looks yummy!!

We have ordered four desserts. The presentation was so attractive!

Japanese greentea red bean roll ($26/pc) & Pandan leaf jello ($20/cup)
日式綠茶紅豆卷 & 班簡葉蒟蒻

The green tea red bean roll tastes good, the sponge cake is so soft with rich green tea flavour, but I prefer more red bean filling. For the pandan leaf jello, it was made with the pandan leaf that they planted, it was so fresh and not too sweet. So delicious!

Lemon beetroot jello ($20/cup)
鮮檸檸紅菜頭蒟蒻

This lemon beetroot jello also made with the beetroot that they planted. It was a bit sour with hint of lemon. There were some chopped beetroot inside the jello, so the texture of the beetroot was contrasted with the smooth jello.

Japanese lemon cheesecake ($30/pc)

日式檸檬芝士蛋糕

It was rich in cheese flavour with  hint of lemon. Taste good!!

Latte 鮮奶咖啡

The latte was quite good, but the foam was not smooth enough!

Chimney Cake 匈牙利煙囪餅 ($35/pc)

This traditional Hungarian chimney cake is a must-try item. I never seen this chimney cake in Hong Kong. It is so special!! There are two flovour, cinnamon and cheese. I like the cheese flavour more than cinnamon flavour! Yummy :P

This will be highly recommend to those cheese loversss because the shop sell baked cheese seafood (oyster, scallop and lobster). I have bought baked oyster since the smell was so attractive and the size even bigger than my hand. I think it tasted quite good, and you will be so full after you finished whole oyster as there were so many cheese and salad dressing on it. 

 (Around $35)

 They also sell bovine offal ($30) which is the local snack in Hong Kong.

Last but not least, they have crushed ice dessert ($12-15) that have so many flavors, it will be very cool if you try this in Summer or anytime!!!!

今日會帶大家去長洲食好野, 要介紹幾樣小食比大家,特別推介比鍾情芝士既朋友,個度有焗蠔,帶子同龍蝦.D香味會衝住你同埋佢真係大過你隻手,所以我就走去試左個蠔, 我覺得味道都Okay啦,但係你食完會超級飽因為有好多好多既芝士同沙律醬係面頭...除此之外,其實間舖都有賣埋牛雜架,香港地道小食喎!!!!最後最後就係刨冰喇 睇下張相你就知有幾多隻味啦,夏天食佢真係一流呀!!!! 如果你有興趣,不妨去試下!!!最緊要記住跟實我地個Blog呀;D

Autumn is coming, we can enjoy nature view without hot weather. So i would like to introduce a restaurant that can be sit at outdoor in Tung Chung. It's hard to find a restaurant with the garden in a city.

Zentro Garden

This restaurant is serving some Asian food, like Middle-East, Indian, Malaysian. You can enjoy the food with trees, flowers and tent, and breath some fresh air. That's a pretty nature garden with sunshine and blue sky.

秋起涼意，終於可以出外享受大自然又不會太熱。所以今次會為大家介紹一間在東涌城市裡的露天餐廳。

Zentro Garden

這裡是一間提供亞洲異國菜的餐廳，如中東菜、印度菜、馬來西亞菜。你可以享受與大自然一齊開餐，呼吸新鮮空氣。

SPD4459 Tuesday - Kin Hing Tofu Dessert @ Lamma Island

Kin Hing Tofu Dessert 建興亞婆豆腐花

Kin Hing Tofu Dessert is very well-know in Lamma Island, their tofu-fa is highly recommended. 

The cold tofu-fa is delicious. It is very refreshing in a sweaty hot day. The texture of the tofu-fa is silky smooth. It is not too sweet and full of soya flavor. Moreover, the tofu-fa will serve with honey, it is different with other tofu dessert shop. But $10 for each bowl is quite expensive!! ><

建興亞婆豆腐花在南丫島是非常有名氣的! 它的冰豆花很好吃的，口感非常的滑，而且不會太甜，還充滿了豆香。還有，它的豆花是配蜜糖來吃的，跟其他的豆花店不同，當然你也可以配黄糖來吃! 不過，$10一碗的豆花有一點昂貴 ><

This time, we are not going to recommend you a restaurant, but an unforgettable experience of clam digging.
Because you are the CHEF!!!!!

Please bring along your clams back home and prepare some salt water, they need to spit the sand out. And then use pure water to cook for 3-4mins, then you will get the most fresh and sweet clams ever. This must be better than other cooking method!!!

今次依篇係非一般既食評，因為當中無餐廳，而個廚師就係你自己，重點係費用全免架！！！話說係貝澳掘完蜆，拎番屋企將佢地用鹽水吐沙，之後用清水煮大約3-4分鐘，結果就食到比任何地方都鮮甜美味既蜆，保證一定好食過係出面食同其他煮法架！！想掘到d又大又肥美既蜆仲等？你地都快d去試下啦，掘蜆旺季只係係 夏天同秋天，再唔去就要等下年嫁啦！

We have picked the Bahce Turkish Restaurant of<Friday> as our choice, since the specialty dishes may not appear in everywhere, so when you go to Island district, of course you need to try some new stuff!!!! The most important thing is, there will be a live band show every Friday night, you can enjoy the show with your colleagues and friends, it will be a wonderful night ever :D Go and try!!

Recommend the Super Fish ball ($12/2)

Not only appear in Cheung Chau!!! Tried the spicy one,pretty good, the sauce is NICE!

The Marinated cuttlefish ($38/cup)
You will not think it's cuttlefish when you are trying it, maybe the sauce has totally hidden the taste of cuttlefish. And the price can be a little bit lower since the cup is so small.

And for drinks, they sell several choices which are good to health.
