Wonton Nachos

Nachos 不似一般粟米片, 係由又薄又脆的雲吞皮製成
配搭上由本地農田種出既新鮮蕃茄、Jalapeno辣椒、牛油果
最特別的係醬汁由酸忌廉加上Wasabi而製成
唔會太辣但感覺好新鮮亦都減少油膩既感覺

Tuna Tartare

呢道菜色以咖哩及芝麻調味 帶有微辣但有芝麻香味
吞拿魚上面舖上芒果、橙肉，令到整味菜色除左辣，仲有酸酸甜甜的味道

Mavericks 店內以落地玻璃為主

Cafe Paradiso

Cafe Paradiso is a cozy place in Mui Wo. It is a cafe that offers delicious English breakfast, sandwiches, croissant, pizza, muffin, and coffee. Moreover, it provides in-door and out-door seating. If you like having meal with a beautiful sea view, Cafe Paradiso must a great choice for you! It is also a popular venue for dog owners. 

 Ham and cheese croissant. Looks good!!

Toasted sandwiches. 

The cheese melted inside the sandwich, and the bread looks so crispy! Mouth watering ~

Pamma cheese pizza! Good for cheese lover :P

SPD4459 Thursday “Tin Yin Dessert”@Cheung Chau

又到左星期四介紹長洲美食了！天氣還是有少少熱，所以今次會為大家介紹清熱透心涼的甜品，消一消最後的暑氣，迎接秋天。

Here comes Thursday again, the weather still a little bit hot, so I would like to introduce a dessert that can clearing heat. This dessert shop is located in Cheung Chau. Please come here to clear away the last summer heat, and say hello to autumn.

天然甜品

這裡都是以芒果為主作甜品，選擇多，價錢合理。尤其是這裡的芒果湯圓極為特色，外皮是透明的，煙煙韌，入面是新鮮芒果肉，可以涼粉或豆腐花配搭，非常好味。

還有桂花香芒卷亦是推介之一，充滿桂花味，芒果份量亦很多！

另外還有海藻香蕉卷，充滿椰香味！

左﹕芒果布甸；右﹕芒果奶凍                          

芒果布甸亦有很多人吃，不只布甸裡面有芒果，上面亦舖滿芒果，還放上了朱古力波，外層有點兒似金莎，但裡面卻放了雪糕，十分驚喜。

Fa Fa House in Lamma Island
南丫島的蘭得自在

We have chosen the Fa Fa House as the BEST of the week! Fa fa House is a dessert and coffee house. The desserts are highly recommended, since some of the ingredients of the dessert are planted by themselves. Besides, all of their products are handmade, natural and with low sugar, very healthy!! The traditional Hungarian chimney cake is also a must-try item!!

這星期我們選了南丫島的蘭得自在成為我們的週日推介! 蘭得自在是甜品咖啡店，它所有的甜品都是自製的和比較少糖，非常健康! 還有，製作甜品的材料有些是自家種植的，非常特別和新鮮!!

最後，它的匈牙利煙囪餅是必吃的，在香港其他地方很少有機會吃到! 所以大家快點去南丫島的蘭得自在試試^^

SPD4459 Saturday Tai O Lookout@ Tai O

The restaurant is located at the hotel in Tai O. It is very rare that the restaurant was using french windows around the whole place. It is very beautiful and have a nice view during the time of dining. 

一間位於大澳酒店內的餐廳，十分之罕有地全間餐廳用了落地玻璃窗。

景觀開揚，一邊進餐，可以一邊欣賞大澳的景色。

大部分食物都用上了大澳的特色食材，如蝦醬、紫貝天葵等。

蝦醬雞翼和蝦醬豬排包

用了大澳出名的蝦醬，與雞翼和豬排配合製造出特別菜式。

紫貝天葵芝士餅

味道酸酸甜甜，十分之有特別。

紅樹林特飲

這個飲品是用了兩個部份而做成，上半部是紫貝天葵汁，下半部是用蘋果汁和檸檬汁。

Let's see the British-style interior design, you will love it !

K's 係由一家英國來港生活的家庭開立的英式傳統餐廳, 

所以未入門口就會睇到充滿英國味道既擺設、設計!

K's Home-made Mince Beef and Onion Pie with a Medium portion of chips, Mushy Peas and Tartare

英式傳統既食物, 相信唔係邊度都食到

牛肉洋蔥批充滿肉汁既鮮味, 加上洋蔥令到整體更加香,

不過Mushy Peas 未必個個都鍾意食, 似一碗糊狀既豆,

口感比較特別

K's Pollock 'n' Chips with a portion of baked beans

講到傳統既英式小食又點少得Fish n Chips!

絕對唔係一般於快餐店、茶餐廳食到既炸魚薯條

K's 用左Pollock 做既炸魚比一般炸魚肉質更軟

薯條唔係出面食既炸薯條~ 

係比較大條扁身, 所以英國人會叫做"Chips"

食落去好軟, 充滿薯仔既味道, 唔會好厚炸粉!

其實而家入梅窩好方便~~

仲有好多好野食! K's British Restaurant 真係好值得試試~
